Do I need previous training experience?

Is this as good as working with a trainer?

Are training results permanent?

How can I cancel my subscription?

Easy! You have two options.

The 1st option is to open My Account from your access page and press "Cancel subscription".

Your 2nd option is to email us at hello@simpledoglessons.com.

Either way, you keep your guides and everything we've sent you.

Can I get a refund?

After following the simple action items in the guide, if you don't see an improvement within 90 days, our guarantee has you covered. Simply reach out to our friendly team at hello@simpledoglessons.com from the address you used to order. A real person on our team reads every request and gets back to you.

Can I share my guides?

You can train your dog together with everyone in your home without buying again. Print the guides so the whole family uses the same words. Please keep the files within your home and don't post them anywhere public.

How can I access my guides?

Right after you pay, you'll land on your access page. Simply click "Download" next to each guide. You can download it or save it to read anywhere, anytime.
