These terms apply when you order from Simple Dog Lessons ("we", "us"). By ordering you agree to them.
What you buy
Digital guides for Goldendoodle owners. You get your guides on your access page right after payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. You pay through our payment processor. We never see your card.
Refunds and our 90-day guarantee
After following the simple action items in the guide, if you don't see an improvement within 90 days of using it, our guarantee has you covered. Simply reach out to our friendly team and we'll refund you in full.
Email us at hello@simpledoglessons.com from the address you used to order, or tell us that address. That's all we need.
We refund the full amount to the card or wallet you paid with, through our payment processor. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
The 30-Day Doodle Plan (membership)
If you join The 30-Day Doodle Plan, you pay the price shown on the page where you joined, and it renews every 30 days until you cancel. If you joined for $1, that covers your first 7 days, then the regular price shown on that page starts and renews every 30 days.
You can cancel anytime in My Account (the link is on your access page) or by emailing us at hello@simpledoglessons.com. Once you cancel, we won't charge you again, and you keep every guide, bonus, plan and free gift we've sent you.
Want a refund on your membership? Email us at hello@simpledoglessons.com. A real person on our team reads every message and will take care of you.
Using your guides
When you pay, you get a license to use your guides for personal, non-commercial use. You may download them, keep the copy and print them for yourself. You may not sell them, share the files or post them anywhere public.
Legal disclaimer
Our guides share general training information. They're not a substitute for your vet. If your dog is hurt, sick or acting out of character, talk to your vet first.
Our liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.
